Conference Space

If you are looking for an original, informal conference space offering something a bit different then neo hotel makes an ideal venue.  We have a beautiful light airy room with crystal chandelier, large windows and very comfortable seating and can provide conference style long tables if required.  We cater for smaller groups, with a minimum of 2 people up to a maximum of 20 or so people and offer customised and stylish service according to your company’s needs. Clients in the know include Procter & Gamble, Sightsavers and the Energy Saving Trust & Debenhams.

What is included

• Full day rate includes, welcome tea/morning coffee + pastries , full gastro buffet lunch bottled mineral water  throughout the day and afternoon tea/coffee.
  
• Full day bookings are available from 9.30am to 5.30pm.
  
• 1⁄2 day rate includes welcome tea/morning coffee + pastries, bottled mineral water .
• 1⁄2 day bookings are available from 9.30am.

We also have flip charts, pens etc and can organise slide projectors and other equipment if necessary.

Food

We have a very experienced chef and can provide delicious freshly prepared buffet lunches and can customise a menu to suit your company’s requirement.

Costs

• Full day rate for 2 - 10 people £45 per person
• Full day rate for 10 - 20 people, £40 per person
• 1⁄2 day rate for 2 - 10 people,  £30 per person
• 1⁄2 day rate for 10 - 20 people, £25 per person
